Okay stay, but probably would not stay here again.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Our AC broke and when I asked them about fixing it they sent someone right away and got it working. The resort itself is very pretty and cozy. Our family liked the all inclusive option. The location our room was great especially with kids.
The beds are like sleeping on cinder blocks and the pillows are awful! This alone is enough to make us not want to stay here again as we woke up in pain every morning. We wish the pools were warmer as none of them felt heated. Also the pools closed at 4:30 so there wasn’t much to do with preteens after this and we found the evenings to be boring. A couple of days they never even opened the water slides or on other days they were late opening them. The activities listed were often different than what was really happening which was really disappointing. The food was okay, but not great.

the animation team and the vibes of the hotel.also the staff were very friendly. i liked the breakfast.
lunch and dinner were the same every day except one or two plates.
